New links
I added links to the Nova Vulgata, the Vulgate and the Douay-Rheims Bible. The Vulgate is Jerome's Latin translation of the Bible which was originally "published" in 382 AD. It became the official Bible of the Catholic Church at the Council of Trent. The Nova Vulgata is the current official Bible of the Catholic Church (pub. 1979). The Douay-Rheims Bible is the first major Catholic English translation of the Bible. It was published in 1611. The NT was translated in Douay and the OT translated in Rheims, hence the name. The translation was done in France because there was intense persecution of Catholics going on in England at the time.
